THE frequent appearance of Glenn Anthony Soco in public functions with Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn is a form of early campaigning, Vice Gov. Gregorio Sanchez said yesterday.
Sanchez said Soco has been accompanying the governor in her trips to the towns to hand out financial assistance. He said Soco even delivers speeches in towns that they visit.

Sepulveda also questioned why Sanchez is preoccupied with politics instead of focusing on his work as vice governor.

Sanchez said Garcia was in Tuburan yesterday to hand out financial assistance but not enough people attended because residents have “revolted” against the town’s administration.

He said Sanchez was not with Garcia in giving out financial aid because “it is not his duty to hand out checks” but the governor’s.
