yep, rape is rape. but looking at what was said on the story, i don't think it's possible for the accused to rape his customer in a supposedly 'crowded' massage parlor (korean girl's friends + other massage therapists). i don't even think there's a massage parlor in mango ave who'd have floor to ceiling concrete divisions that could muffle any noise caused by that kind of commotion. most of these establishments would just have curtain-like partitions.

heck, i'd never let a male stranger give me a massage. why'd she let him do it, considering it's her first time to have one in the phils.?

.. my point exactly on my first post. yeah, rape is rape. But on this situation, how can rape be done in an authentic and clean massage parlour in which their cubicles are so small and with clothes as divisions And why the frack do these stupid koreans have to wait for 10 months to file a rape case. How could she prove that she was raped, if she had bruised and stuff, it would have healed by now. And if she had lacerations on her vagina, it would have healed too. And does she still have the sperm sample or pubic hair or some hard evidence against the so called rapist i dont think so. This is really a stupid case.
