for me, i think wala naman problems sa mga ISP kahit sino sa kanila. coz each of them has their own bandwidth monitoring to indicate if they still have to find an additional E1s for their IPDSLAM or whatever facilities they used in providing Internet services to their clients. One thing they must monitor also on thier DMS line detector is to check if the Physical Line connected from their DP to the customer premise is 99.9% clear line. Alam nyo naman na Data is very sensitive unlike Voice.
If this will be monitored 24hrs/day 7 days/week, then customer satisfaction will reach of up to 100%. Tataas revenue nila.
