you didnt understand my last post... LOL! USC? they are only good for Engr courses,otherwise wla nay ayo ang uban... it just sounds nice coz USC mn gud but if outline and training na jud sa school sa HRM course? USC is above SWU which is at the bottom most of all Schools offering HRM...

when i had my practicum in Shangrila, only USJR n UC students were training there... well, maybe ni-downgrade na ang Shang sa ilang OJT's... LOL! thats true and peace out!

Korek!!!! coz like me, right after graduation i left for abroad and worked there with just OJT experiences at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Shangri-La Mactan... and im proud to let the world know that ive met alot of Josenian HRM Grads in Qatar Airways flying as Cabin Crews...

met a few other HRMs working as wait staff or bartenders mostly from USC and they admitted nga puro ra daw paporma ilang HRM... in regards with UC HRM Grads, most that i met are Chefs experts in Pastries and others...

mao ba?nindot diay USJR. pila pud ang tuition nila for HRM and asa mag ojt?k akong dungog magcge lang increase ug tuition fee ang USJR

2 years na walay tuition fee increase ang usjr.
ang san carlos hinuon cgeg increase.

I was once a working scholar assigned sa HRM Department sa University of Cebu, daghan man pud talented nila, pero dili pa kaayo nindot ang facilities nila sa una, pag graduate nako, didto na sila ga renovate sa ilang catering lab, kitchen, hotel, then nindot naman kaau, bisan wala pa nahuman jud...atots, gi pa graduate pa jud ko nila una nila gi renovate ang HRM..hehehe, pero i think competitive pud ang UC, kun dili man gani pinaka the best, labaw na nga nag renovate na sila...heheheh
