hi,i have been in a call center industry for five years now.I was lucky to experience both outbound and inbound calling but before i decide to submit my resume could you give me some more information like:how much is the starting salary?is this an evening shift?how long is the working hours?do you accept part-timers?and background of the product or service being offered to prospective buyer or client?

This is a night shift with fixed schedule and weekends off. 9-hour shift which includes the 1 hr break. We do not accept part timers because we need dedicated employees for this U.S Based company. We are not a callcenter. We don't just hire anyone, we need people who have great communication skills with outound sales experience in a BPO Industry. For the salary it will be discussed during job offer only. For the operations, it will be discussed during your training. We don't have a client, because we are the client itself.
