    any company is a good start especially if you dont have any experiences in HR field. And then have the experience then find a good company that could help you grow professionally.

    if you have any question just feel free to ask... ok... btw im a HR specialist in one of the BPO industry here in cebu...

    thanks.. but i just hope that we could be on any company that reaLLy practices
    the good for aLL stuff. i have known from a reaLiabLe source, actuaLLy an ex-HR of a particular company--a reaLLy BIG company here in the Phils--- that they don't really give the exact saLary for their rank n fiLe empLoyees. they got another pay sLips to this dept, i think DOLE--i forgot-- and then another pay sLips to their employees.. thus minimizing their tax. they aLso got this bLank paper that wiLL be signed by newLy hired empLoyees.. hmmm. i wonder what is that for... tsk..

    my friend resigned then. and so when i come to think about it, i think
    i might as well do the same thing if i were in her position. i can't just
    work with this kind of empLoyer that exercises inhuman actions towards those
    peopLe who exerted their efforts to heLp their company rise.

    so that's why i had thought of posting this thread.

    maybe we could keep away from those crueL empLoyers.

    mao sad ni akong na dunggan i am sure it is a chinoy company .... only chinese people do these stuff... ana ni sya its a win-win solution .... why? because

    benefits sa employee:
    1. diba two payslips according to you
    1st payslip (for employer) - ang gibutang is not the right sweldo jud sa tao to minimize the withholding taxes sa employee and maka benefits pud sila mao na ila pakita og record sa ilang libro for audit or bir purposes

    2nd payslip (employee) - ang saktong nasabotan with the employee kung pila jud ang sweldo - kung unsay naka sulat sa withholding tax, sss, philhealth sa 1st payslip mao puy imong deduction so if dako dako jud imong swledo then and sa 1st payslip nga imong gi signan kay gamay ra naka ginansya pa ka ... kay bracketed mana tanan sa imong salary kung pila imong deduction sa goverment mandated benefits since gamay ray gi butang nga salary sa 1st payslip so gamay ra imong mga deductions ... ill illustrated diri

    MONTHLY COMPUTATION
    1st payslip (employer) ------------------- 2nd payslip (employee)
    basic pay - 4,000.00 ---------------------- 5,000.00
    less:
    tardiness - 20.00 ------------------------------20.00
    gross pay - 3,980.00 -----------------------4,980.00

    sss - 400.00 (assuming mao ni bracket sa deductions) 400.00
    philhealth - 182.00 ---------------------------->>> 182.00
    PAGIBIG - 100.00 ---------------------------->>> 100.00
    W/hold tax - 500.00 -------------------------------------->>> 500.00
    (pilay bracket sa 4,000.00 mao puy minus ani for both payslip 1 and 2)

    net pay - 2,798.00 3,798.00

    diba na ka ginansya ka but altho ang imong mga remmitances sa sss, philhealth og uban pa ... gamay ra ang mga benefits nga imong makuha like if mo loan ka gamay ra imong ma loan sa sss kay gamay ra man ka remmittances then maka ginansya ka diri ra sa withholding tax

    ang payslip one is bookeeping purposes ra para na sa company benefits!!!!

    i am not sure if mao jud ni ilang gi mean anang duha ka libro but usa ang mga payroll sulod sa libro ...

    i am not pointing at any company but i think mao ni ang na nga hitabo sa mga company run mostly by chinese filipino family
