OMG.. there's piracy in Phils? I'm shocked!

We are fortunate to have these eagle-eyed officers tracking down such hard to find dens of illegal commerce. Without these courageous protectors we could eventually find ourselves in a situation where contraband is being openly sold on every street corner!
