I am in full support of developer's efforts. As a licensed broker, he or she can help in securing the license by giving the right information (and I am sure he or she has already done so & will continue to do so) & that is precisely the point of my post which is, agents cannot legally function and operate without a licensed broker especially with the new RESA law.

Maayo jud na organized para di dali-dali ma-ichapwera pag abot sa mga important decisions regarding sa atong panginabuhi as real estate practitioners. Wa koy problema anang association, in fact, very supportive ko ana. Ang akoa lang, practicing real estate without a broker is a very risky proposition for the simple reason that it is not allowed by law.

i think developer the TS is also a license realestate broker for 31yrs and his the owner of one of the biggest realty office in the phils.

Basin gusto lang niya matabangan mukuha ug license ang mga agent. Ug magtukod sila ug grupo para lig on.
