i beg to disagree....

daghan nako kaila ni switch from PLDT to globe.....

wala lang kaayo mo post ug globe diri kay wala man sila ga yawyaw sa globe dsl....

if daghan pa problems sa globe daghan nata ni apil sa thread and bash or trash globe service.....

pero ang pldt sus purting daghana ug yawyaw....

well can you give me an assurance if most of our members or lets say half or one-fourth here in istorya.net uses GLOBE? thats maybe why also wlay kaayo mo reklamo sa globe ngari... hehe...

i experienced kasi e..... We called to their techy and lain lain ug rason... then pasa pasa lang ka sa lain laing department....

bag.o ra ko diri... nabantayan lang nako na naa gihapon topics about how globe or pldt sux...
pero i think dili magkapareha ang atong mga experiences... daghan sad ko storya nabati.an about how globe sux... naa sad daghan complaints about pldt...

basin tungog bag.o2x pa ang globe and less areas pa sila... thats why ok2x pa ang ilang speed? i remember sauna na bag.o jud sila ni sulod, daghan kaau problema... natural lang di ba kay new player... mag apply man unta sad ko sa globe for broadband, pero mao lagi ni back out ko kay i heard many bad stories about globe... unya wala jud ko experience sa globe... dayon gihapon ko sa pldt... wala ko major complaint sa pldt... 3 years na ko with pldt, kuha man nako ang speed...

unsa kaha jud ang main cause sa mga problema? technical jud tingali na?

just have patience during peak hours, you will surely experience slow browsing.... the better way is to test your connection via the bandwidth meter test at www.globequest.com.ph, once you are happy with your connection then good... if you are unhappy, disconnect the connection and relog in again and do bandwidth testing again...

I'm a globe subsriber and i could say that my connection is beyond satisfaction. When i experience disconnection, i first check every possible point of failure. After that, I call for support.

It's just a matter of handling the issue. If you think the problem can't be solved by the customer service after a few calls, escalate things.

If you can't ride a jeepney because most of it are full, don't just stand there and curse. Find other means. How about a cab?

no problem at all sa globe...its been a week since the installation. 1 week napod init akong sampot sa sigeg lingkod infront of my computer...waaaaaaaaahhh!!!!!!!

i hate the Globe call center which picks up all calls especially their technical support department...

now they're charging calls na to that stupid call center...i dont know if thats good customer service cause customer service hotline calls should always be free di ba? ...

mmmm in the last blackout not even my telephone have a dial tone ... and after power is restored my had alot of Dc wtf
i connect again the modem adsl but sometimes it says no dial tone even though my telephone does have a dial tone.... .... i hope they fix this problem soon
