Court is scientific, and logical.

Faith can win court by Intention and Motive.

Science can win court by Fact.



If the issue is chicken and egg.

scientific: Court will ask you for scientific Occurrence... and logical reasoning

faith: Court will ask you what is your case? since there is no intent nor violation. Court only investigates Laws and Violations.

But it seems this forums tells us Believing is a VIOLATION, this is the very similar case to communism.

Never use the court of law to question the Freedom of Believing after all no harm is done.
