up for this..
up for this..
entrepreneurship cannot be taught by just anyone especially by employees=)
how bout a school where succesful entrepreneurs mentoring and teaching children how to do business that fits their level of understanding=)
succesful like jay aldeguer or kenneth cobonpue, or glen soco ..a lot more to mention..
I believe this should be taught first hand by the parents first although if they don't have it within them, it will take some time to teach it and even more to teach it the right way (at the level of children)...
Speaking of entrepreneurship mentoring, AIM has this program although I would suggest investing your money in the real business world than invest it in any school - which is by the way one of the oldest businesses around. This is the move I did with my 500k and I believe I have learned a lot of things that NO BOOK will EVERY be able to teach me not even the mentors from ATENEO GRADUATE SCHOOL (which by the way informed me that I passed their crazy examination even if I was only able to answer half of it and among the half of my answers, I am only familiar with about 20% of my answers which in theory should be more than enough to fail MASKI PUBLIC SCHOOL STANDARDS pa siguro imo basihan.... but hey, the school NEEDED MONEY TO KEEP UP WITH THEIR PRESENCE IN CEBU BUSINESS PARK, don't they?) or AIM or HARVARD for that matter.
Monopoly and Millionaire's game should be great games that will teach kids how to value investing and making the best use of money without boring them to death. At least this is what I've played (that's related in a way to entrepreneurship) when I was at that age before.
The important thing is, kids should be left at being kids so they should have fun in whatever they do. Later on, more serious inputs can be dropped little by little.
it is good to program entreprenuership to the kids because their minds are still easy to program.
Plan when it is still easy.
what if there will be an entrepreneurial school for kids?
would that be a good choice to let my kids join that?
As a parent, you should know by instinct what's best for your child. If there really is a school, then you should check out what exactly they do and see for yourself if it's something that you envisioned your child to be part of and would enjoy it too.
But trust me, school is a good business anywhere you may be on this planet. But if you don't have the luxury of time to home school your child, then I guess this would be your only option. You might also consider a REAL MONTESSORI school (not just a MONTESSORI name attached to it)... Do your research about the Montessori ways of teaching and see why it might be best for our children.
