While many young celebrities enjoy long nights of partying, and subsequent tabloid coverage, Carrie Underwood insists she'll never be one of them. The singer says she knows people are watching, which is why she feels the need to be extra careful.

"I take it very seriously, " Carrie tells OK! magazine with regard to her position as a role model. "My motto is, I would never want to do anything that would embarrass my own children in the future."

But it's not just the future generation, it's also the past one keeping Carrie on her toes. "I never want to do anything that would make my parents, my role models, disappointed in me," she admits.

Carrie, who became an almost-overnight celebrity following her win on 'American Idol,' says she would do it all over again if she had the chance. "I literally would not change a thing at all, not the bad stuff. Not Simon [Cowell] ripping me apart on national television, in front of millions and millions of people, because that
