Well, first of i don't teach for free anymore, the current rate is 1,000 php/monthly for group lessons and 1,000 php/hour for private lessons....
The schedule is M-W-F: 17.00-19.00 PM.
We currently also just did remake the Dojo, you can see pictures from the Dojo below:
It include Mats, Heavy Bag and Tire Dummy.
Besides that we also uses NOK Knifes for sparring and have punching pillows etc.

Good grief...
If I had discovered this sooner...
Mr. Jensen, how many person can your training area accomodate? If we are too many in a group, will we be transferred to a wider area?

The pictures makes it look a bit smaller then it is in real, but if we are to many at one point the owner here also has a other places i can rent from him that is very big....

wow, u made some improvements on your place transforming them into a dojo. Whose ur instructor aside from you? Ur charging fee for private training is almost the same as from what you have told me about except from your group training which is of course inexpensive. Guess by now u passed the instructor's training from GM Villasin. Nice place....

Thanks for the nice comment, its nice to hear from you again....
Yes, we made many improvements so it can be called a Dojo, we try to use good mats and gear so the students have nice things to train with and the students who has seen it so far is very happy about it.......
I of course teach my own students and yes i have currently reached instructor level within the Villasin Balintawak style for that reason (and that GM. John never hands out certificates), i am currently a direct student of GM. Nick Elizar (who is also a friend of mine from before) from Nickelstick Balintawak.....

So now ur enrolled with Nickelstick Balintawak? Good... keep it up.... maybe someday we can have a "palakaw" of our respective skills in balintawak ....
