Mandaue, being eligible for a lone congressional district has been long overdue. THANKS to MISrepresentative Nerissa Soon-Ruiz. UNTIL NOW Mandaue isn't a lone district yet. Na end na lang iyahang 3 terms or like a total of 15 years as Congresswoman in 6th district, wa gyud naka pa lone district sa iyang hometown. Looy ka Mandauehanon!
