Good thing I backed out late 2007. We have never started paying the equity and we had our reservation fee refunded. With the 15K reservation I think, we were only refunded for 9K..3 yrs is indeed a long wait. I can't stand paying for nothing yet. But, I have seen their model houses in Lapu2x, they were really good compared to other low cost housing I've seen.. I will be interested in getting a unit from them when they have started the construction already in Casili. .

sa ako nahibaw-an maam kay kadto wala ni-backout, gihatagan 20% interest pag-withdraw nila last September (?)..bali sobra pa sa banko ang ila nadawat pagbalik..hayahaya nila..
