Nag trekking sab diay ka? Kay ang kagahapon nga trekking for sure subra pa sa gilat-an ang mga lawas adto nila. Anyway, pinaagi sa atong mga trekkings makat-on ra gyod mo unsa-on pagdala sa inyong lawas aron dili kapuyon. Its a technique. Do not push your body hard to the limit. I experienced that previously during my trekkings in Mindanao where sometimes we spend three days hiking and negotiating grueling routes. Mokamang gud ko sa una kon moagi mi anang logs nga ga bridge between cliffs but later on daganon na lang even wearing boots. Experience is the best teacher ika nga! Next target will be Tabunan where the remaining forest of Cebu is located. I hope even if can not see them, hearing the song of siloy is already enough for me.

It was by far the most challenging, and literally, breathtaking trek... ga hangus gyud tawn mi nila Freddy, Docsin ug Glenris.. hehe But it was fun and an inspiring experince for me. I have learned that the Wood/Sticks, that was being carried by a man, which is very heavy plus the distance and the steep path, .......was only sold for Php100 ---- gikumot akung dughan. Kalouy pud intawn sa ga alsa.
@lyledu
Okay rana lyle....Make sure to be there on the next trek.
Thats life of the mountain folks. Its really hard for them but they are happy! Wala silay problema. Importante lang nila nga naa silay makaon for the day! Unlike us here in the city nga naa tay guapo nga kotse pero moreklamo dayon kay nitaas ang gasolina. Magkaproblema sa bayranan sa kuryente kay gagamit ug TV, computer, aircon ug ubpa. I had experienced that when I stayed in the remote place of Mindanao wherein among sud-an sa buntag kay kanang asin ra gyod then pagkaudto kay inun-unan nga baki then panihapon kay linaga nga tangad. Yes life for them is very hard according to our perception but again they are happy!
