I go into a closet as instructed by Christ and prey in secret.
I use the "Lord's Prayer" not as a prayer, but as a blue print on how to pray to the Father.
I give my praise and thanks to God, and my worries and burdens to Christ.

You can feel God and Christ in the core of your being, it is like an internal warrnth.
