In U.S there's a big difference they have high quality standard than we have here...If a products are on there market are always on standards and some Americans really wants for ex. if the product is samsung they want only these specific company will handle this pero its impossible medyo garte gyud sila.

you can also check for the box to determine the panel. If it's a white box, chances are, its a samsung panel, if it's brown, most likely a Chimei panel.
