if i was president.. i would change to monarchy and rule the philippines for 50 years!

1.) limpyo <-- just because were a third world country dosen't mean were not clean. helps create an "better" image of our country.. helps attracts income..este.. tourist..

2.) safe <-- inclucdes a more strict traffic rules, and a 24/7 patrol.. "when the cat is away the mouse will play" basically that's the concept.. i think there should be more bike patrol so they can go where cars can't go and help those police shed their uhh... "police belly"

3.) create more job openings <-- many of us know that majority of the people living in the philippines are.. let's say.. "lower class"... and sometimes people do desperate stuff ( crime). so by creating more job openings people are basically happy by producing income of their own.. the country will basically benifit because of tax, that will eventually go back to the people.

hahaha.. will think of more later

dili man siguro na lisod buhaton kung mo cooperate lng ta.. kay ang corruption, lisod kaayo na sulbaron, panahon pana sa ancient times nga naa nay corrupt nga leaders........

dali ra man sulbaron ang corruption if we are really serious in doing so. Singapore and Hongkong did it, USA did it, New Zealand is practising zero corruption, Australia is almost zero in corruption. Like ingon sa iba, e lethal injection nato ang corrupt!

il disband the airforce and make it as army airforce group the commader should be only colonel.... and tranfer its remaining personal to the army
il disband the navy transfer its personal to the marines and coastguard

the AFP should be 3OOTH men +150th cafgus and civilian volunteers and will be commanded by special forces 3 spcial opts prvt will command the entire cafgu or C.V in an area......increase the training of police more on civilian type than military type

and last but not the least im goona buy lost of guns and s**t for the AFP

MORE security and stabilty==== more business==== more jobs === better economy

Speaking of military, I rather have a combined armed force just like in Canada or Israel.
