TORN between canon500d or NikonD5000

heheheh! bug.at diay ang canon500d? curious lng kay nka gunit nko ug 1DS mark III nga perting nerbyos nko kay dili ra ba ato. Medyo may kabigatan din.

Suwayi ug grip ang D5000 miga diba swak kaayo sa imong kamot nya gaan pa gyud. Maong gaan na siya kay wala naman na AF motor which is dili na kinahanglan para sa mga bag-ong lens ron nga with built in AF motor na ug VR nasad .... 2009 model na, nya recipient of the DIWA Gold Award pa gyud ... hehe

Nikon D5000 jud ko if i were to choose..

i think gaan ang D5000 kay gamay man gyud siya ug build factor and not dili tungod sa wala xay motor.
sayangan ko if walay motor... daghan man gud mga lens w/o motor nga nindot.

Layo ra kaayo ug price diff ang 500D compared to D90 brod, 47k vs 66k? Although mo-compensate lagi ang newer lens sa Nikon nga naa nay AF (some), pero it's more convenient to use kanang naa nay built-in ang body ug AF daan.

Ang camera weight is just a minor setback, later on you'll get used to it, besides basin bug-at pod lens gi-mount adto imo na-testing compared to the kitlens attached to the other brand

In the end those two models ur choosing are very good ones, if asa ka mas comfortable and asa k makakuha ug resource then kadto nga unit palita =)

ang2x man ang gri sa 500d. sa una paman jud na ang canon nga nipis jud iyang grip. mas ganahan pa ko sa grip sa nikon ug sony (the older ones) as for me d5000 grip is swak na swak for me. dili magbitay akong pinky. with regards to weight... murag mas bugat man ang d5000. its dimensions are bigger man sad. pero when you hold it in your hands kay balanced au cya. with regards to having built in AF motor... it really doesn't matter. kay the new VR lenses these days have AF motor naman. well, using manual focus is not that big a deal man. in fact during low light conditions i often switch to manual focus kay mas pas2x. naa man gud tendency mag-hunt.

ummm... 66 ba diay. sa ebay kay they sell body only for 42K. unya kit lens sa 500d kay 18-55 raman. so buy body only na 42 then buy 18-55 VR for 5K... almost the same price. layu ra au ang price difference sa d5000 ug 500d uy with just minor differences.

D90? sus! sakit pa kau ang price kung mao man gani. And also want to learn basics and when time comes for me to upgrade i can simply sell it to my friends or sa akong family. hehehehe.

the lens though are very important when shooting. Maoy ingon nila nga it doesn't matter kung unsay body yun nga lng makadani man gud ang mga features. lol

get the d90 nlng..ako kay d5000 ako, ok ra bya cya..and besides naa ra na sa taw unsaon niya pagtake sa pic, wala sa model sa camera..

bsag canon and sony user ko i suggest nikon d5000 over the canon 500d cuz i think you will make more creative pictures with the liveview lcd sa d5000, pero u got more options 2nd suggestion nako within sa price range is sony a500

AF motor on the body matters a lot (mao bitaw nagbutang ang Nikon ug motor sa ilang higher end models) daghan ka ug mga precious moments nga ma-miss (if imo Nikon lens walay motor daan). Naa man sad gud uban shooters nga mo-prefer sa older Nikon lens tungod sa iya IQ. Most man sad cguro turn off their AF under grabeh ka lowlight ky wala nay makit-an ang AF...

dili man sad cguro nimo ibutang imo self on a situation where you need to keep on using the lcd viewfinder when shooting, although nindot jud ang flexibility sa d5000 lcd viewfinder it's useless man when mounted on a tripod. Sony a500 hmmmm if ang plan sa TS ky ibaligya ra niya once ready na cya mo-upgrade then dako ni nga prob ky gamay ra kaayo ang sony slr users around IMO


Basta ako lang ma-suggest sa TS, dont buy an SLR that will only be worth a few months ky imo ra ma-outgrow or mag-crave ka ug mas higher end technology, buy a body nga worth using for years to come, para lens na lang imo dilemma
