always pay your taxes.. and always pay the right taxes para wala labad sa ulo.. the more ka mgaka greedy, the more ka pangwartahan sa taga BIR..

im not quite sure lisud iutang.. hmm.. basin siguro naa ko friends nga bankers.. but ang lisod ra sa banks kay kung dili ka qualified. as long as qualified ka, and trusted naka, and even sometimes, if the bank really loves you, its just a phonecall away.

kung kusog kaau imo business.. kanang mga banko.. gusto jud ka pautangon.. maski ikaw dili gusto mo utang.. gusto jud na sila nga mo utang ka...

ang banko dili magpautang sa mga tao nga dili masaligan.. so you better start proving yourselves to gain their trust..

kanindot pud aning negosyante ka.. daghan kaau business proposals nga moabot sa imo.. oppurtunities nga dili moabot sa imo kung ordinary employee ra ka...

    why most new businessmen fail

importante kaau nga magshift imo perspective from employee to businessperson..

most new businessperson gusto man gud total control over all operations.. mao ni naka saup kay this would cause burnout in the part of the businessman.. ila pagtoo nga di pwede biyaan ang negosyo kay dili sila mo earn..

ever wonder ngano daghan small businesses wala ka expand? mao ni.. they are trapped in their own job which they created...

it needs a paradigm shift to successfully run and grow an business.. sometimes the shift is slow and painfull..somtimes swift but still painful. bottomline is.. it would involve pain...

sa mo disagree... ask lang ko.. how would you manage several stores all over the country at the same time? how come many people are able to do it... why not you?

you really dont need to be always physically present.. kung mao ni imo mentality.. imposibble jud mka expand imo biz...

"I'd rather have 1% of the 100 people's effort than 100% of my own self". - Paul Getty.

Building outlets leads to geometrical growth, follow a very simple system.

"I'd rather be the founder of McDonald's than a 5-star chef".

one important key issue that needs to be addressed in leveraging is human factor. Quoting Paul Getty "I'd rather have 1% of the 100 people's effort than 100% of my own self" is indeed very true. But i think its a bit naive to think that you can really get 1% from other people's effort. My point is, there are business which can be leveraged easily while some businesses are not viable for leverage. The human factor is trust. You maybe earning now, but you can't really guarantee that all those who you gave responsibility in your business will remain loyal to you. When your business is still growing, this human factor needs to be addressed personally. Conservative businesses can survive for long periods with minimal annual profit. Aggressive businesses can earn large profit but has no certainty to survive in the long term. I am for aggressive business but first i must figure out how to address the human factor:trust. Care to give a tip, anyone?
