for me, it depends...

if i can sense that kind of person is being truthful & trustworthy, then i can promise him/her, but not always..

and yes, promises are not meant to be broken..

kabalo ko na no bodies perfect..... pero if ikaw mo promise naku... ug d nimo tumanon.. kalimti nalang na amiga ta.... much better na ako mo promise dili naku tumanon nungka nga mo promise ka nya dili nimu buhaton... dili na pwedi naku... for me BIG DEAL kau na naku... i dont know why ingon ana ko

Well,I believe in promises although I've been disappointed many times but it seems that we can't deny that we always broke our promises though we have to understand that there are reasons behind everything....
