promises! promises! But come to think of it, there's still NO LAW requiring ISP's here to provide atleast 90% of the speed they are promoting and acceptable downtime and uptime. This is a joke. A company can keep saying we offer you 2mbps but when you check it doesnt even reach the speed. sure, the location matters but you're paying the same thing. remains to be seen.
