there was this paper that they were signing daw.. activity fund perhaps? taking 50pesos every pay.. majority signed that they did not want that something will be taken from their money.. so the owner JUAN got angry and printed another version.. and it was stated there daw that any damages on kudo stuffs will be taken from their activity fund.. hellerr? ACTIVITY FUND

as far as i know kay CEBU GLOBAL TELESERVICES, INC. naa ni sa 2nd floor mango square mall.
pinakabati ni nga call center kay ang mga support ngadto kay mga way nahibaw-an. lain2 lang instructions about call flow almost everyday. nya ila excuse kay "we are a dynamic company and change is constant". lol ninyo, alibi ra na kay wa moy accurate information. di pa jud calibrated kay mangutana kag 4 ka support, lain2 jud ang tubag. nahibaw-an ra nila kay power tripping. murag si kinsa.
mga account nila nga puro scam. kasagaran nila nga outbound sale na account kay magbaligya og usa ka product nya kung musugot ang customer kay bill-an sila para ana nga product plus 3 or 4 nga upsell nga tag along ras main product. daghan kaayo customer nga mu-complain, labi na mga tigulang nga makuhaan tawon ila credit card og halos $100 per month. og di moreklamo customer kay wa say refund.
tanan tawo ngadto kay mga desperado. mga mangapply ngadto kay mga wala madawat gikan uban call center.
if naa pa moy lain option, ngadto ra sa sulayi, ayaw jud ani nga call center.

Asyd from dat, dey forced der agents para mo sign sa contract coz f dli and 13 month ke dli pd e.release.. naa pjd nkasuwat sa contract nah d pwd mo.disclose og any information sa company coz u know y?? 3 times cla pilde sa case nla sa ila agent and gpabayad cla og dako.. mao after a2 ila daun gpa.sign og another contract ang ila employee nah mka.file cla og case f ever naa kah geh disclose nah information bsn dla confidential.. Confidential d.ay nah and mga tax refund, 13 month, SSS, Pag-ibig & PhilHealth?? I don't think so...
Naa pd latest news karon... ang tax refund sa employee mo range rah og 200 - 300 Pesos... to think more than 400 pesos ang tax nla every month... Ang 13 month alphabetical man nuon.. geh promiz nah last October 25 but until now A-D pah tawn ang pwd mka.kuha sa 13 month.. Do u know how many employeez between A-D?? Less then 20 heads rah intawn and it took them a long time to release the 13 month..

hala noh.. grabeha gud!!! i dont think they need to operate such business .... ang reason nga dili marelease ang 13th month pay its either walay funding or out of budget na jud!!! and i dont think the gov't deductions are that confidential.... gi lantaran man gali na ang sss nga table of philhealth nga table ... withholding tax is based on gross pay of the month then naa pa jud na table .... if you have problems diri nga company why not adto mo sa DOLE bring your contracts signed then i pacheck... if mo ingon sila imo gi disclose .... dili jud you have the right to asked for help sa DOLE or NLRC bisan unsa pay rason nila its ma pildi jud sila if ing-ana ila style .... kay ang DOLE mo laban sa na-api nga employee ... dili sa companya ... i check pud kung unsay pending cases nila ... didto sa dole
