I believe strongly that her mother (may she rest in peace) has a strong political will and have not wavered a bit even when her administration was threatened many times by a series of coup d'etats (he was shot & almost killed one time). Kanang mga Private Armies diha are actually Civilian Volunters and CHDF they carry High Powered Firearms Because they are authorized by Law for the Purpose to Counter the MILF ... unsaon mana nimo ... naa pana sila Sueldo mismo sa goberno ... actually nakatabang na sila ....

to answer if Noynoy has a political will... cannot be answered at this time. If ever he wins, i do hope also he does. GMA has political will... i don't believe that, if she has, wala onta ni niya gipagara ning mga hinampak, tan-awon nato kung mapagawas ba ni iyang political will. Worst unsolved media killings next to Iraq, what a political will.

She only has the will to survive.
