The Philippines can never belong to the civilized world as long as this type of evil happens in the name of politics. If this is swept under the carpet, forgotten about then there really is no hope!

Here is what Reporters Without Borders organization have said:

"This time, the frenzied violence of thugs working for corrupt politicians has resulted in an incomprehensible bloodbath. We call for a strong reaction from the local and national authorities."

Bro ayaw sad e generalize, mindanao is a very big island, maguindanao is a small part of mindanao, which is layo pa jud sa mga major cities, like General Santos, Marbel, Davao, Cagayan, Iligan, Dipolog and other towns dominated by Catholics, which for me is safer than manila and some part of cebu, kay even mag lakaw2x ka diri na mga cities at night wala jud mang hilabot nimu.

I agree na this incident put mindanao again in the map due to this massacre, and this incident will expose the Ampatuans, which is an advantage to the people of maguindanao, kay para ma undang na ila pag control ani na area and ma disable ila mga private armies, i hope.

not our lifetime ma civilized na cla dra sa ARMM mao nay tinood...ihatag nalang na ang ARMM region ato nila in other words it's not part of our republic anymore. i dont understand why we should force them to be a part of our republic? Ever since time memorial these warlords already exist and come to think of it there's no law and order there. Pwede raka mo mopatay og tawo ato.

Politics = the opportunity to attain massive hidden wealth. That is why they are killing each other for a job which on paper nobody in their right mind would want. Think of an iceberg, a mere fraction of it's size is visible above the surface.

It seems that everybody knows who is ultimately responsible for this massacre. If justice is not done then it will be proven to all that votes are more important than people's lives!

If you wonder why di buhian sa Ampatuan ang maguindanao, kay dako au ni sila na kwarta sa foreign aid, imagine ha, if your municipality is under ARMM, tanan foreign aid gikan sa Muslim countries will go directly to them, di na mu agi sa Malacaņang ang kwarta.
