Btw,Now that I've read the pages,I was OMG...If ingana ka bati ilang management that they would kick @ss off, then why didn't just anybody complained to someone like lawyer or something? They're private sector and mao jud an ang pinaka ganahan sa mga lawyer.Ang kontrahon ang usa ka private nga business. I mean, kung regular ka, then no copy of your contract? or terminated (dayon)? Dili tingae ingana ka sayon bsta regular employee.I have a friend nga nag work sa usa ka call center before, she admits, she overbreaked for 2 minutes on that day.She was called for termination the night after that, she eventually used her brain and talked to a lawyer and bottom line is that she stayed and have the OM fired.
Magpa party paman gani ang uban diha kung ma regular sila sa usa ka company.
Employees and employers should follow labor laws here! Sanctions for termination is always there, cyempre. But different sanction if you are still probationary, differnt sad if you're regular.
taya. nganong bsta mgpost ug negatives, m-delete man!!!!
unfair.
Why not organize a union? Labor laws favor workers heavily and makakwarta pa mo og ayo. Pag union nalang mo.
Kung ing ana ka grabe ang management sa XLIBRIS, dili na lang ko mangaply. And to those employees nga nka experience ug bati from the management try to go to PAO (Public Attorneys Office) sa Cebu Capitol for a free consultation, nakadaog na mi sa among kaso from our previous company. Mao ra na amung gbuhat. PAO then if muingon ang lawyer na pwede mukiha iadvice ra mo nila nga muadto sa NLRC para mu file na ug kaso. Ana kadali... Im sure makabayad jud na sila sa mga damages! ayaw lag kahadlok kay walay mawala ninyo kung mu try mo... Amen![]()
