requirement: just finish the basic training. and upload the results online (if you dont have an account yet ... register for free at www.americasarmy.com) if you want to use the sniper rifles... try to finish the markmanship training by hitting at least 36 targets out of 40. To be able to play as special forces earn at least 15 honor (you start at 10 honor) and take the additional exams for special forces.
Americas Army is a free game developed by the US Army (probly one way to find recruits) they have also provided free online servers as well as other leased servers and some clan servers its like having halflife:counter-strike for free but better and much realistic gameplay graphics is better too
