kanindot anang employado ka, you dont need to think outside the box, and if kung kinhanlan jud, atleast naa mka tabang nimo.. just ask a superior for guidance, look for a designated troubleshooter..

yeah.. text book knowledge.. full of forms, empty of fillings.. kung pwede lang sunugon tanan books about business mas maau.. wala pa perfect recipe para sa negosyo..

your like telling a painter how to paint, or a singer how to sing... regarding business, why should i believe in you when ive got lots of business experience while you have basically none, kanang bantay2x sa negosyo sa imo parents mura ra kag employado ana nila..

you sure do talk the talk.. i wonder if you can walk the walk..
I'm pretty sure, and i bet my life on it, darling. that way that you are talking you're definitely not on that list!
read back sa previous pages, you'll see my reply there. see you dont even know whats going on here.

and besides, why be scared of BIR when you are properly paying? legitimate businesses are not scared of simply telling their business names here. so it's like saying d nlang mag advertise ang ayala k basin initan cla ng BIR. whatta thinking!

and you think just helping out with my parents businesses are my only business experience? unlike you, we really dont have to make pa hambug here what we are into and what we have done.
if kabantay ka sa mga old money or those people who have been in business too long they are really quiet and reserved. tan-awa what we call the new rich. hambug to the next level.

about the text book knowledge thing, u still dont understand my sarcasm about that actually.
but lets not get into that k lisod kaau e explain kng d jud ka maka understand in the first place.
while we're into that. have you written a book? especially facts based books.
you know those books are not actually written by people who just chose to write without any experience at all. they were businessmen, are businessmen.
well of course you would burn textbooks, you cant understand simple sarcasm gani, textbooks pa kaha..

OT: kng knsa man diha maka explain sa sarcasm please do.

in the first place, how would you know?! you were not employed right?!
so you can never say that employees dont think outside the box.

uhh, your talking to a person who has more than a hundred employees.. if i dont understand them, most probably somebody from them would have already shot my back..

employees prefer not to think outside the box.. they do things according to what the company requires them to do..

though naa exceptions ani nga statement (contradicting)
1.) marketing and advertising people.. they use creativity to increase market share
2.) RnD, to develop new products..
but i think their job is to think outside the box, if they think inside a box.. fire them..

kinsa ba employee willing mo go beyond the call of duty? (maski wala sweldohay) for the sake of the company...

book? hmm.. somebody asked me to do it.. para nako its useless.. different situations call for different solutions.. so ila strategy might not work for me, and my strategy might not work for somebody.. thats that... whats important is for people to learn to use their creativity..

again, you are just putting yourself in the hot seat. what are those people gani? EMPLOYEES!
mao man na gihapon ang argument diri. i brought that up in the first place, na those are still employed people.
and sure ka most employees dont think outside the box?
hmmm ill think of a field na super dislike mo... oh, call center agents.
say a call center agent takes a call, then he gets a call that he definitely wasnt trained for, k it wasnt brought up in the first place, pero it's within his scope of support gihapon. ( I hope you understand what I'm talking about here)
Don't you think that he will be forced to think outside the box? unsaon man buhaton niya ana?
sales people, also have to think outside of the box, to generate more income. incentives baya na nila, if you think about it.

"uhh, your talking to a person who has more than a hundred employees.. if i dont understand them, most probably somebody from them would have already shot my back.." -- uhmmm, wala pa cguro. basin soon.. LOL! just kidding. i have to tell you you wouldnt understand gihapon even if you have a thousand employees. look at your mindset now.

uhh.. i think you have a point there.. cguro if ni grad ko i dont think ma ani ko karon.. pasalamat ko ni lord nga iya ko gi bagsak... hinoon, businessminded naman jud ko since bata pa.. pwede man ko manarbaho that time. pila ra pag apply boy dah.. di lang ko ganahan...

ako early businesses, nothing jud.. (except cguro sa pamilite and snak).. by "nothing" i mean nothing from me.. people trusted their money to me, we made a company out of the trust they gave to me..

know that i have money, i used it to start more businesses... so whats wrong with that?

hmmm.. literal ra kaau ka.. you see the picture but you fail to see the message.. thats a very bad trait..

This is one of the reasons why i really dont believe you, sorry to say. coz most of the time you contradict yourself. do you know i read in one of your threads, i think why businesses fail ang title, and then lorenzoleo presented his own "solution" unya ingon ka its not gonna work k its like this its like that. well, now you're saying: "so ila strategy might not work for me, and my strategy might not work for somebody.. thats that... whats important is for people to learn to use their creativity.."
in the first place, if i need to point that out pa. that's his business solution, it might have been proven effective already.
murag taas na ang explanation ko sa this particular post, but my point is. you contradict what you're saying. mao na lisod mu believe nimo. gets mo na? maybe we dont need proof after all. k naa lang diri sa istorya ang proof.
besides its nt only me who thought of that, even your fellow businessmen here said so. i mean about the pa hmbug part.

    p.s.
"i like to pile drive "lessons" deep and hard ... "
wla baya ko nag malisya, pero now that you mentioned it hahaha!
    ikaw malisyoso jud.
