That the Church is holy, and yet, sinner! Holy and perfect because it is the "Mystical Body of Christ"; and yet sinner, because we are all sinners, and we are the body of Christ!

uh uh ... why is a part not a member of the whole? I think there is a misunderstanding here bro .. WE are the Church; I as an individual, is a member of the Church! Let us remember that for God, the individual is important: "the good shepherd will leave the 99 to search out the one that is lost!", or "not a single hair from your head falls down without God knowing it" .. it seems to me that your understanding of the church is that it is something beyond us, people; my understanding of the church is that it is with us, very real to us ...
