PLDT DSL Survey.. How is your connection lately?

Hi, just wanna ask regarding your PLDT MyDSL on capitol, lahug and guadalupe area.. i called up PLDT recently regarding bandwith problems. i just wanna make sure that there is no bull***t story on their side. They told me something like having problems with their servers and my NODE is infected. Please post lang if your experiencing problems with your Connection within that Area just to check kung tinuod ba to or just a directors cut..

taga english v.rama ko (apil na siguro ni sa v. rama). i still experience random slow-down sa speed. mo last mga 1 minute ra hinoon.

consolacion... pldt mydsl... slows down too, for a moment. sometimes it cuts the transmission and then back on

mga bro, na a man network trouble ang PLDT, naa ko kaila ila tech, ingon siya mag slowdown ang connection during peak hour, unya usahay ma DC. kay naay pito (7) STM1=155.52 Mbit/s X 7=1088.64 Mbit/s nga guba links to MCI/UUNET,CHIT-I TAIWAN & VSNL/TELEGLOBE paingon mani sa International. mao mga ka experience ta og slowdown. Target completion sa network trouble mga next week ingon ila network engineer.

i got mydsl microbiz here at BANAWA..sa may convergy's..so far..ok lang man kaau ang service da..bilib ko! :mrgreen:

however, there was one instance na my system was always interrupted (i work online man gud and we have a specific system na amo main na gigamit and is extremely sensistive) so..i was always disconnected from my system.pero di ma disconnect ako internet (gets nimo?gulo ko noh?hehe)
anyway, i believe that caused the PLDT phone line ug dsl of our neighbor nga gi usa lang sa ako PLDT BOX pagkabit sa among silingan..i didn;t have that kind of problem until na share ako PLDT BOX ug line.

this was the worst..i reported the matter at PLDT DSL hotline sa CEBU..you know what i am not bragging myself but wa jud koy libog nga pagka tawo..i spoke with an agent and she was sooo arrogant as if i am a COMPLETE dumb..i asked for help and she would tell me "WA DIAY KA KABAW UNSAON NA?" with arrogance! she would put me on hold for sooo many times.

worst came to worst...without solving my problem and grant my request, she told me"CGE NA MAM, KAY GANINA PA TA GA STORYA..NAA PA KOY LAING CUSTOMERS GAHUWAT!" (tone became more arrogant and inferiorating) i was surprised of her answer..

so i thank her (my voice was ok) and ended the call..BUT i called them again and asked for a supervisor! unya..kay katong nakatubag instead of putting me to their supervisor..she put me to the arrogant agent i spoke with first.

ok lang unta to at least she had a chance at least to say sorry for her words..aba! gi buy-buy man ko da!!! and HUNG UP on me!!
that time i was fuming mad and i called them again..when an agent answered i DEMANDED for a supervisor! she can feel my angst already and good heavens! she put on on hold of their manager! ay sus! grabe jud ako kalagot uy! maau nalang ok ang manager and promised to reprimand the agent..
mao to..a day after the manager called me and gave me results and offered help..i declined..i told them that i called someone in pldt main office and he gladly took responsibility though it's out of his duty..and made actions right away! his people went to my place and fixed the line..

so karon i am back to work and everything came soo smooth..at least happy ending man sad..unta diretso na ni..

karon ok naman ang speed bro plan 1995 768kbps, basin mana nila og fixed ang 7 STM1 link to international. kay lastweek nako nga test 400+ kbps og sa gahapon pod, karon kay mao ni the whole day average test,ok kaayo. :mrgreen: kumusta man ang inyo speed bro na ulian na? kay kong wala naa line problem na.
