if you are talking about the lobelia cardinalis... heavy rooter siya sa stem kay dili na siya aquatic plant, its a bogplant. it thinks that it is under the soil (in that case ,under water) mao na mu gamot. it is normal for lobelia nga ingon ana.
for rotalas, i have read that if the substrate doesn't have enough nutrients, it finds other sources, so ang tendency, mu root siya sa stem to get nutrients sa water column... pero na basahan ra ko na sa net. hehehehe seems logical pud.

good evening mga sir! i dnt knw if itz related 2 ur interests, but i have this particular problem, nka purchase kug 2 ka fire bellied newt (cynops orientalis) sa white gold last thursday, then, hn2d karun wa pa cla mu eat ayun sa akun ge provide na food bsae from the caresheets from the net, so um, my question is, is it normal?

1.if its wild caught, then its normal nga di siya mo eat.. kay nahadlok na...
2. maybe stressed out na siya..
