bro for that budget maka palit naka ug decent vcard like hd4770, gts250, 9800gtx.. its your choice.. but personal advice since ur planning to built an amd based system then go for ati vcard...

Bro invest first for a decent power supply...the card range you have are those that needs extra power...your PSU is the heart and soul of your rig...maoy pinaka bugbog regardless of whatever task you are doing...
for video card...go for 4770 or gts 250 at that range...
