It's just redirecting or reffer as external website. In the end, yahoo or google always has the last laugh.

Some websites only takes advantage of google external search bar or google adsense. To put it simply, there's no point creating it. People would find it weird... if you try hard, it wont get popular.
Pushing some sites like these to popularity, will really make yahoo or google mad.
