Speculations, assumptions, perceptions... you have given enough people. I suggest that you open you mind first and be like an empty glass willing to be filled up with fresh ideas. Nothing beats the truth and what you really believe in.

Just want to share from what I know . Ive been knocking the door for almost 5 years now but because of locations and contacts , I have hard time becoming one . To answer some basic questions and misconceptions to the best of my knowledge , here they are :

MASONÂ* Â*err is thisÂ* MASONÂ* are the same as the MASON fromÂ* demolay frat just curious
Yes it is the MASON , short for ORDER of the FREEMASONS but it is the other way around . order of DeMOLAY came from MASON and DeMOLAY is not a fraternity either but a society for young men ages 17 to 23 AFAIK .

one more is it true that before you will be become mason youre gonna step on somethings errÂ* Â*like a religious symbol....or its just a plain false rumors chismis
Â* AFAIK ... NO they dont do that because they instill respect but who knows of the actual secret rites they do but I doubt .

isnt it true that free masons are anti-christ?
Â* No they are not ANTI CHRIST .

free mason? hmmmm kadtong sa national treasure na movie?
Â* YES , just like the one depicted in the movie of Nicholas Cage .

    unsa.on man pagsud sa mason?
Â* Â*Depends on the LODGE where you want to belong . Normally , 3 to 5 at least 3rd degree MASONS will vouch and sponsor you . They will check your family background , financial background and criminal background before being accepted as someone who will be oriented .

but demolay originated from the Masons right?Â*
Â* Â* Yes , the ORDER of DeMOLAY originated from the ORDER of FREEMASONS as a branch for the youth exclusive for the boys joining the ranks of JOBS DAUGHTER and RAINBOW w/c are also exclusive for the girls .JACQUES DeMOLAY who is a FREEMASON founded the ORDER of DeMOLAY in 1919 .

i think pili-on. dili mo apply. hehe. i thought Demolays were young Masons. i've heard Rizal was a Mason.
Â* You have to ask for it so in short mo apply ka maam Luthz . No, DeMOLAYS are not young Masons , they are just DeMOLAY's but are related to the MASONS in structure . They call FREEMASONS " DAD " . Yes JOSE RIZAL is a Mason AFAIK initiated in SPain .

Â* These answers where from actual MASONS that I know who once vouched and sponsored me long time ago . I have the same questions too and they gave me answers .

That I dont know . Hehehe .... and BTW what HS did you come from? I dont want to confuse again the readers but when I say 17 to 23 , that is the age of eligibility to become one member of DeMOLAY . The HS students , that I really dont know .

This happens because for the most part, demolay has become just another fraternity in the Philippines.
