depende ra neh sa area brod especially within major cities. HSDPA ang sa globe which is technically 3.5G higher sa Smart na HSPA na only 3G technology. This was the major implementation na dapat angat si globe in performance and speed due to technology versions. technically, ang user ra gyud maka attest on performance kay naa man sad QA both telecoms to verify these data. As far as I know, SUN cellular is closer to Globe diri sa cebu city rather than Smart in terms of coverage and performance thu gamay ra kaayu ang difference.

Oooops. HSDPA is not technically higher than HSPA. HSDPA + HSUPA = HSPA.... same 3.5G but SMART has the edge because of its HSUPA...

Naa gyud na complaints bisag unsa pa na ISP. Bisag pa 99% na satisfied subscribers, naa gyud 1% na makaexperience very lousy service. and most of the time, 1% are heard more than the 99%(mga reklamador mn gyud na mga 1%). assuming 99% ha. but even 95% is ok na but 5% unsatisfied subs is a lot na since millions mn sd subs ni SMART/PLDT and GLOBE.

oks mn actually smart. sa akong 3 lines, sun pinakabati ug call quality/signal but the cheapest naman so bawi ra. hehe.
