congrats sa kartzone anyway have a few comments regarding the light and heavy weight categories.
if you really want to level the playing field i suggest you put an engine displacement bracket sa weight category on top of your formula for minimum weight allowable to run on each weight category.
I am pasting your rules copied from previous post and putting my suggestion in red color:

    Car Classes

    Street Class

    • Production unibody cars only. No tube frame, half tube or custom cars.
    • Non-performance engine only. Performance engines have to run in super street.
      • No internal modification allowed in the engine. No after market cams, pistons, valves, or any other performance internal engine parts.
      • Engine must contain all OEM parts.
      • Intake induction is open.
      • Exhaust is open.
      • No forced induction allowed.
      • No nitrous injection allowed.
    • Complete interior.
      • Race seat allowed but all interior must be complete.
      • Same number of seats as in OEM.
      • Dashboard and door side panels must be present.
    • Full glass panels.
    • Complete body panels.
      • Fiberglass or carbon fiber allowed but all body panels must be attached to the car.
    • Exhaust should reach rear bumper.
      • Only the length of the exhaust is regulated. The type, manner of sound suppression or diameter of exhaust is open.
    • Suspension modification is allowed.
    • Only STREET TIRES are allowed. No semi-slicks or full slicks.
    • My suggestion is put a engine displacement bracket for the weight category
      • Light: 1500 cc and below Plus your formula below
      • Middle weight: 1600 to 2000 cc
      • Heavy weight: 2000 cc up plus your formula below
    • Weight categories.
      • Light – 650kgs. + 200kgs. per liter - example 650kgs. + (1.6 liters x 200kgs.) = 970kgs.
      • Heavy – 950kgs. + 200kgs. per liter - example 950kgs + (1.6liters x 200kgs.) = 1270kgs.
    Super Street Class

    • Production unibody cars only. No tube frame, half tube or custom cars.
    • Performance engine is allowed. Modified non-performance engine is allowed.
    • Only STREET TIRES are allowed. No semi-slicks or full slicks.
    • No SUPER CARS allowed
    • suggestion is put a engine displacement bracket for the weight category
      • Light: 1500 cc and below Plus your formula below

      • Heavy weight: 2000 cc up plus your formula below

    Modified Class

    • Production unibody cars only. No tube frame, half tube or custom cars.
    • SUPER CARS are allowed.
    • No FULL SLICKS or COMPETITION SLICK tires as listed in these rules. In case of doubt, the race director shall have the final decision on whether tires are allowed or not.

    • The only limitation is the weights as listed below.
    • Weight categories.
      • 500kgs + 200kgs. per liter. - example 500kgs. + (1.6 liters x 200kgs.) = 820kgs.
