Finally got in contact with Cignal Digital TV! Will be checking them out soon. Apparently they have good quality and more reasonable rates and is powered by Smart Communication/PLDT. I'm excited to finally say goodbye to Sky Cable and looking forward going to their office and end my subscription. For you guys suffering with Sky Cable might want to check out Cignal. the thing here is...what ever happened to the integrity of some businesses here in cebu?
I mean cud they just get away with it?
refund? meaning ang atoang time gi invest ug ang pag dahom or expect ug good service wala nala'y value?
u cannot just give someone ur assurances and when the time when it really matters most anha na mu back out then ingnon lang ka ug refund?

You're totally right. They only care about making money and that's it. I was really frustrated yesterday. After all the preparations we did just to see the fight. All they would say is just they're giving us a refund. Not to mention the way they said it. It's like you have no choice that's all we can do for you. F***king idiots.
