    more vegetables less meat parisan dayun ug exercise, mao gibuhat sko cousin ^^

    sayon ra man basta kana program na mausab imo eating habit, dili kay exercise tuod ka peru kaon pod daghan after.. like exercise ka ga burn ka 80 calories unya pagka human nikaon burger nya ang burger is 1,200 calories tabla rag wla ka ga exercise.
