your skills and talent should be recognized. not all people knows how to sing, strum the strings or beat the skins. no band is positioning itself for lingaw2 purposes lang. dont be exploited by such productions and bars that let you play and just give you free food. they are there to make a profit gamit sa inyu skills and talent. you should think otherwise if ever you get invited to play in bars.
mas maayo pman ang mga bata sa dalan hapak2 lang tansan o tambol2 dihag lata ka kwarta pman sila kamo pa kaha nga inyu gi gastohan inyu banda palit ug pick, strings, guitars, sticks, amot sa jamming plus plete sa jeep or taxi ug unsa pana dha.
this is just a reminder since i was with a band before and i know how it feels to be in a band. sa gig namo manila wa juy na suwayan namo nga way bayad. labing gamay nga bayad was 3k for 5 songs and satisfied nami ana just to help cope with the expenses. mao na mulambo jud ang banda kung naa sa manila kay win-win situation sila. the bars earn as well as the artists. NAA SILA SUPORTA. dili parehas dri sa ato nga ultimo 50 pesos entrance fee hangyuon pa ipa free ang sulod. mao na pipila na lang ka bars dri cebu nag barog ug pipila na lang ka banda makita karn. sauna sa VUDU nag cater sila mga local bands to play and naa TF 1.5k per band playing 5 songs. that was very decent already not until naay usa ka boang nga production outfit nag ingun sa taga VUDU nga pwede rana drinks hatag sa mga banda. sukad ato wa nay bayad ang mga banda. ambot lang kaha karn ha kay wa naman ko sa banda2 so wa napd ko idea unsa karun.
