PLDT DSL Problems... (Low Bandwidth)

Hala, mabuang ko sa myDSL.. 1 whole week na gaproblema among connection. Tabla ra gyud ug dial-up.. maputol pa gyud pirme ang connection.. bakasyon unta daghan unta au ko i-download.. haay

We called tech support. Naglibog pod sila. pero they admit naay problem and theyre trying their best to fix it. Kuno. I do hope so, because mamatay ko dreg dial-up speeds..

Hmmmmm, PLDTmydsl? God knows what i experienced from them in a year operating a cafe..... the WORST company i have ever met. and you dont want to know.... PLDTmydsl = ........based in my long term experienced, so as with my friends in Manila. Lucky are those locations with good ports but pitty to those, which are mostly, who have poor lines, including mine before, lol.

like in past experienced having down connection for almost a month without tech support from them even frequently reported and complain shooted. and if one shall call the tech hotline, its a music who shall entertain, not a tech operator, lol.

Guess their DSLAM's or CIR's(if there would be) are full of fungi already, lol.

bro.. na improve na bya.. pero not as what I expected.. I mean, dli nako maputlan.. consistent ang d/l speed pero mga 384k ra at most.. (786k plan..) except during 12-3 PM where it gets awfully slow.. pero I'm living with it.. haven't got a choice.. And I'm never gonna call tech support. ever again. I'll just let my brother call, nightmare na kaau..

ok ra man ang pldt 3yrs na mi.. sometimes hinay same ta nezumix22.. pinaka hinay nila is friday afternoon and end of the month.. basta sweldo.. grabe mo gamit ang mga banks.. bantayi na..

786k mo then your geting 384k na speed? lugi mo.. ayaw gud pa kansi... fight the system.. ako gali 384k pero ang speed nako kay dial-up... it's been like this since forever.. asahai lang entawn ko naka kuha ug "regular" 384k na speed.. cge ko tawag pero mao ra ang tubag.. but i'm still fighting because we are the coustomer we are paying them for their service and they can't provide it effeciently then what are we paying them for? diba? i don't pay them just to sit in their a$$...

@P-Chan: yeah.. but for now I'mnot the one calling anymore. I'm not really good especially when talking to tech support, mainit akong ulo dayon.. yeah, rarely do I get the 768k speed. I get that during dawn.. from 12 AM to 5-AM.. Pero I dont wanna wake up that early..

try ask sa ilang technician kung mo anha sa inyo balay, ask kung pila jud inyo CIR kay mao ni ang tinuod na speed imong makuha.

unsa may average rate kung mo download mo? 48kbps? kung 768kbps inyo plan i dont think makuha jud na ninyo tanan, less pa na rate inyo makuha.
