pero kanang nga stement ni mary ann nga kaya ra nila bisag wala tabang sa cebu city government

This mary-ann has all the elements of a trapo. Trapos never continue the projects of the past administration, because they want a slice of the cake too. So they abandon them and create their own project. I sincerely doubt that SRP will be continued under a Gardo-Santos administration unless there's big bucks for them. In more advanced countries, it's not enough to say that you are going to form a team AFTER you win the elections to make a proposal to develop an area. You actually have to have a platform before you get elected and make a proposal to the voters then! Our politicians are so stupid I really don't know why we put up with their bullshit!
