i would just like to clear things up about sa training sa emax but before i do, ma ban unta na si pinoy.odesk kay mang hi-jack ug thread. hahaha...
how long ang training would depend on your english proficiency.

1. maayo iningles = 1-2 weeks english training
2. ok mag iningles = 2-3 weeks english training
3. daghan ug kulang = 3-6 weeks english training

ofcorz, kung grabeh jud imo improvement and you meet the standards sa pagka agent diri sa emax, ang imo weeks of training pwede mahimo ug 1week. grabeh jud kaayo standards basta english communication skills sa emax kay lisud kaayo mag storya ug kano na customers na mag cge sulti nga taga india ka. hehehe... i know for sure, hapit tanan naka trabaho na ug callcenter (agent) naka experience ani and ma affected jud ang imo calls and most likely ang imo customer mangita ug supervisor.
the reason na ang uban taas2x jud ila training kay ang english di jud ma develop as fast as 1-2 weeks, it takes time to get used to the english language and ang ato mga tongues na anad na sa ato mahal na cebuano language na kung storya ta lain language naa jud ta accent. sus ang accent, dugay jud kaayo na mawala, it can take years pero ma shorten na if mag cge ra ug english bisan asa pero bantay lng pud kay cge ra kantsyaw imo mga friends ug dili mga friends. hehehe...
