    in terms of health benefits.
    Kung mag diet, ok raba mag mais nalang? or tabla ra gihapog nikaon ug rice?

    mas lami ang mais.. solid kau pagka busog...in terms sa health long life jud.. kay mao ranay kinaon sa ato mga ancestors, mais ug utan ug isda, abot gud ila edad tag 100+...
