2nd, duplicating someone's success? will that still work? well.... i did copy a friends online business strategy, he was like earning ($5-10.00/day) .. pero what i did was improve it thereby making $10-20.00/day.. hek hek hek i can't wait to go to westernunion again this month end.. 3rd, right company and right leaders? Lehman Brothers Holdings 691B said they were very great! WaMu $327.9 billion said they were also very great. Worldcom $103.9 billion said they were once great. GM $91 billion was also great.CIT 71B sad they were also great. Wondering if they were right Company with right leaders? I guess simple logic will tell you that. Knowing their assets?

anyway, as for my conclusion (might be far-fetched - or wala lang ko kasabot sa imong pasabot), are you saying that we should follow you since your a great leader with a great company behind your back? Or we'll look for it pa para mga datu ming mga agents? That is quite ironic nowadays..

bitaw, the fact remains that not all business is better than a call center job (or any other job for that matter) and that to the TS, you should know that employees (as what you might want to call them) are the bloodline of any business including yours... but I guess you would like to tell your agentis that they are starting their own business and that they have their own time in selling your property listings... but to others, that's still employment and the sad part, they don't get paid if they don't sell... so please, for all those businessmen/women (including wanabes like myself... hehe), let's respect our COLLEAGUES and let's stop the pinoy attitude of I'VE BEEN HERE LONGER THAN YOU SO I'M YOUR BOSS AND YOU CALL ME JUST THAT OR SUFFER because that my friends, is for those who know too little about business and the importance of the human resource...

im here.. nyahahaha.. kung sa kanta pa, im too far away.. hahaha.. naa mi gishare nga common belief but naa pud mi difference..i can say hes got potential pero kana si lorenzoleo iya focus kay kana mang financial industry.. while ako, dire ko sa services industry aka construction,transportation.. and bit of manufacturing, so were an industry apart..

dili dapat ikaulaw ang mag employado pero di pud pasabot mag employado nalang jud ka kanunay.. unsa man imu i business kung wala ka capital diba? (both monetary and human capital), ayaw kalimti nga sa trabaho, naa ka sa kamot sa imo boss, kung gusto ka niya kick out. pwede kaau.. wala ka mahimo ana.. and also, all businesses reserves the right to hire/fire employees to maximise profit..

ang business dako kaau potential.. ako earnings sa tanan nako venture kay 7-figure number.. ako gasto kay, well.. 7-figure number pud.. ang nkalahi lang kay if ang businessman ma sipyat. dako kaau damage.. greater risk haev greater rewards.. depende nlang kung unsa ka isog..

mas lisod baya ang trabaho sa salesman kay sa callcenter.. kay sa callcenter you dont see your prospect/client.. sa field salesman, atubangay jud na.. kamo mga calcenter agents kung na depressed na mo kay nainsultohan mo sa nitawag, imagina nlang ang kanang field salesman nga nainsultuhan on thier faces..

im proud to be a salesman oi.. isa lang nako ka commission mas taas pa sa pinakataas og sweldo nga agent.. and per transaction pa jud akoa.. i have my own real estate brokerage company diay.. (wa ko labot anang IMG but i still say nga nindot ang ila mga programs)

kung mag negosyo mo.. dapat salesman jud imo mentality.. the purpose of every business is to sell.. mao gamay ra mag negosyo kay ubos pagtanaw sa salesman.. (pero dili tanan panahon ha mag edvertise mo.. chill pud panagsa).. before selling any product, you should sell yourself, aka gain client's trust
