How is Online Shopping done? i don't understand how PayPal works. Is this Safe & Reliable? Scam-proof? Need HELP so Bad. T_T

so far, safe raman ang paypal... kung wala kay paypal balance, you can still shop using your paypal account as long as you have a verified credit card... your card will have to be billed just like swiping it in any store offline...

also, online shopping doesn't necessarily mean you have to pay using paypal. other online shops accept money transfers or bank transfers... either way, they are still safe.

transact only with reliable online shops ex. ebay...kanang trusted na ba...kay daghan ron drop shippers na walay products....

good point sad... tanan sad nako online financial transactions sa persona computer ra sad gyud nako gamit... sos kung naay keylogger sa cafe imo gamitan, kaubo credit limit sa imong credit card!
