it depends. but usually, it makes a relationship stronger. kay u learn to trust each other naman. s*x is a really big deal, if both can make it within a relationship then they both might really adore each other.
but sometimes, naa juy instances na mao ra nay habol. most to persons na u havent known long enough.

ako lang advice for relationships now, get to know your partner more before engaging on such big step. kay diha naman gud maka-base if the relationship does last or not.
