It's nice to know that you have Candy's grand kid. She's now too old to have another litter. She's retired and enjoying the remaining years of her life but she's still hale and healthy

Referrring to your query, the dog owner is the one who is given a PCCI membership id card while the dog's permanent id is the Certified Pedigree and Registration Certificate. Kon naka fill up ka sa membership application form you will be issued a PCCI ID card. (I presume nga you did kay membership is required before you can have a dog registered in your name.)
