btw, rock climbing is considered a separate discipline from "mountaineering" although many rock climbers also climb mountains.

naa pud duol sa apid, (duol ra sa cantabaco), ugm, gi quarry ni xa ug marble..
daun unahan sd ky sa my bunga, puede ta mg kat2 dd2 daun ad2 sa falls.. over looking sa lamac plains ug sa hidden valley resort..

if mg kat2 mo balik ky post mo beh.. basin maka koug ko, hehe!

That cliff is in Cantabaco sakop sa Camp 8. Used to rock climb there in the '90s when I was 20 lbs. lighter. The known routes there are "fields of gold" and "snake skin" and you rest at the second pitch called "devil's ledge". Nindot kaayo ang view.

Pero I'm one of the privileged few nga nakasulod diha. I remember going in there on November 1, 1992. There's an underground river, a waterfall, a small lake and a secret chamber called the Mona Lisa Chamber. It is called by that name because all the stalactites and stalagmites are like works of art.

I swam, crouched, crawled, climbed, dived, walked and enjoyed. I left nothing but footprints, take nothing but pictures, kill nothing but time and collect nothing but memories there.

Fine cave. Maayo na lang kay gi-padlock para dili mahorot and mga calcite deposits ug forever clean ang water nga maoy gisaligan sa mga lumulupyo og sa Spring Park Mountain Resort nga drinking water.

Also, I saw something unusual there. Gliding past by me. Another of my companion saw that thing.
