naay dogfood before sa labangon nako na palit.....grabe to nakasakit sa dog nko sauna, 2 dead dog ang result..ingon2x pa ang seller na nindot ang quality sa dogfood kuno kay imported ug ingredients pero sales talk ra diay to....di lang ko mumention kung asa and kinsa nko napalit and what dogfood..murag gihunong napud ang production ato kay daghan nangreklaro......murag i think tooo salty ila dogfood mas nindot kung di pasagad palit ug dogfood ron..make sure its quality and have good feedback in the market....currently using Go Nat and nutripro karon

Kanang too much salt sa diet makadaot gyud na bisan nato. Ang mga tawo nga hilig kaayo parat usually makadevelop ug mga kidney problems. Most likely mao gihapon na sa dogs. Kadtong dog food basin daghan kaayo salt gibutang to prolong its shelf life kay ang salt baya is also a preservative. I don't know if it is indicated in the packaging how much is a dog food's salt content. And do we know how much salt content is safe for the dog? We might as well go for known and tested brands na lang, just to be safe. I found a very cheap brand being sold at a hardware in SM a few months ago and decided to try 1 sack. My dogs really liked it but then I was really worried because I actually posted here at istorya.net supposedly to get the testimonials from users of the brand but I did not get any reply. Although I could save 50% on the cost of food for my dogs by using this cheaper, unknown and untested brand I decided to go back to the usual brand kay basin magmahay unya ko.

btw,sa case sa among lab kay daan najud ni cya naa sakit renal/kidney failure,/sa hs2ry lng pd nila...mao ingon sa vet...bsag nadali pa og ad2 s vet,naa njud xa ana n sakit...
den nasamotan tungod pud sa dog food,,den sa ka pinangga lage saq sis sa lab iya lu2.an og linat.an/ginaling,,dad an og bb bak ribs...heheh (naai salt & vetsin)
maayo daw na sa purina products/alpo....for dog food..
lahi nadw b4 na ang masakit ani ky mga adult najud na dog like 8yrs old,,
amo lab is 1yr & 8mos plang,,naa pman gane dw uban months pa.....

aftre sa last test pag monday,ni prangka najud ang vet na mamatay ra ghapon c Cooper(our lab)..
1-3mos nalng g ingon sa vet,if we cn go sa process,he cn live anader 2yrs...
but d more na mabuhi xa d more sad na mag suffer ang dog w/c is luoy tan awon...& ang maintenance pud....n ingon pd ang vet nga cge lang,buhaton lng dw wat maayo for cooper,,,bt its up to us dw if d najud namo kaya(esp saq sis) na mag tan.aw sa dog n mag suffer,ky murag mag luas man cla ky grabe n ka acidic,den luya n kayo,,dy wil let cooper sleep nlng kysa mag suffer,ky if magdugay cya among attachment mgka deep...luoy tan awon ang dog na mag suffer,ang med nlng nka dugtong sa life...
we just hope lang na ds cming xmas,our dear cooper stil b wd my sis & bro-nlaw....

niwiz,,kani diay xa kay wala ni eat for i dnt know pila ka days(ky 2a mani xa sa opon saq sis) bt mo inom ra og water.....
ingon sad ang vet kana daw d d kau mag iurinate,den kana pd cge urinate(mao ni sa amo lab)...

last august 1st nahibaw an naa xa sakit s kidney,,jetepar iyang med,wala n atiman inom og med,,bt wala mn xa nag luya ato n time,,as in mura rajud xa ala sakit,,last week of oct nag bleeding xa(ehrlichia)dn wala gana mo eat,mao amo g ad2 sa vet....naa jud xa kidney failure,,,,bsag nadali pa,/ gpa tambalan namo b4,stil naa jud....iya najud daw ni sakit n grabehan lng...........
may nalng sad na nka balo mi na d najud magdugay among lab,,n wla xa daun n pass awayor dili kalit2 (lisod kaayo e accept if ana)..from ds mka hinay mig dawat na any time soon cooper wil pass away...

usa pud daw sa cause anang kidney failure, kai tubig pud, mas maayu dyud mag mineral water ang mga dogs para iwas sa impurities sa tap water, same as humans,

iya water karon is distilled na..royal canin dog food & rc can(renal)....dako2 jud ang maintenance,bt wla na g mind saq sis & iya husband.....
now observ sa namo cya 1week,,f mka lahutay jud cya/kung kaya pa nya....
dscharge n c cooper from vet,,maglihok2 na cya compare b4 n luya kaayo....we hop lang na drtso2 na iya pag okey,,hahaiz

my mixed breed rott/GS na si "jlo"(gihatag mani siya namo at 11 months so wala nami mahems sa name..hehe) naa pud renal and kidney disease..grabe gyud ang pagpatambal ani,gasto gud mi ug around 10-15t tanan2x dala sa special diet and meds..recently gipa-inom siya ug herbal sa among vet para pa-ihi..wala man nuon siya nagluya,super active man..taas lang gyud iyang results sa CBC mao gipa-inom ug herbal para pa-ihi..hehe..
number one cause is diet gyud for this disease..nagmahay gani mi kay before nagpataka lang mi palit ug dogfood,basta lang barato..diay to,harmful sa among dog..karon tanan namo dogs kay "Vitality" ang dogfood,as recommended by our vet..

another thing,akong duda gyud anang mga cheap na dogfood..pareho na sila atong "milk scandal" sa China..remember that?katong naay gisagol sa infant milk para taas kunohay ug protein content unya poisonous diay to..i think thats the same thing sa cheap dogfood kay i remember that report from tv patrol saying na that same certain chemical added to the infant milk was also added to dogfood para mahimong "hi-protein"..just my opinion lang nuon..
